As someone who spent every summer on the NJ shore and now frequently visits, I am all too aware of the overdevelopment that continually threatens New Jersey as well as other states. From pulling down trees to make way for widened parkways to filling in swamp land to build more housing that is not needed – New Jersey does it well!
